Support

Help with JarGrid setup, saved websites, browser modes, folders, workspaces, backups, and JarGrid Professional.

Adding a Website

Open Launcher, tap the plus button, and enter a public website address. JarGrid can fetch the public title, description, color, and favicon before you save it.

Folders and Shelf

In Grid, drag a website card onto a folder to move it. In Shelf, tap a jar to shake its visible icons, or press and hold a jar to reveal its websites for fast selection.

Browser Data

JarGrid can clear data created by its own in-app browser. iOS does not allow JarGrid to erase Safari, Chrome, or another app's cookies, cache, passwords, or history.

Professional Purchase

JarGrid Free supports up to 12 saved websites. JarGrid Professional is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks unlimited saved websites. Restore it from Settings while signed in to the Apple Account that purchased it.

Backups

Settings includes manual JSON, protected JSON, CSV, iCloud Drive, and private CloudKit options. Availability depends on device configuration and iCloud access.

When contacting support: include your iOS version, device model, JarGrid version, and the steps that reproduce the problem. Do not send passwords or backup passphrases.
